On Thursday, April 14, 2005, representatives of the Pennsylvania Ballot Access Coalition testified before Governor Rendell's Election Reform Task Force.
PBAC members Ken Krawchuk (Libertarian Party), David Jahn (Libertarian Party), Kevin Murphy (Green Party), and John Murphy (Nader campaign) presented an early version of the PBAC's white paper on ballot access reform and its benefits to Pennsylvanians.
